How We Use It: To display campaign analytics in our dashboard, provide optimization recommendations, automate bid management, generate performance reports, and enable bulk campaign management.

How We Store It: Google Ads data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls. Data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection and deleted upon account termination or user request.

14.2 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Data

Data We Access via Marketing API: Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics, audience insights, creative assets, conversion data, custom audience metadata (not individual user data), and budget/scheduling information.

How We Use It: To provide unified cross-channel reporting, creative A/B testing analysis, budget optimization across campaigns, and automated performance alerts.

How We Store It: Meta Ads data is stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls. We do not store individual user-level data from Meta. Aggregated performance data is retained for up to 24 months.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share advertising data from connected ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with any third parties. Your advertising data is used solely to provide our platform services to you.

14.5 Data Retention for Advertising Data

Campaign performance data accessed via advertising APIs is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection. Upon account termination, all advertising data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Users may request earlier deletion at any time.

14.6 OAuth & API Access

We access advertising platforms exclusively via OAuth 2.0 authentication. We never store your ad platform passwords. You can revoke Axiom Ads Platform’s access at any time through:
